Please be sure to include your reservation number on certified check or Money Order when mailing your payment.

Ensure that payment is made on time, as we cannot hold reservations beyond payment deadline. Bookings made within 60 days prior to departure require full payment immediately. We reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled by you if the balance due is not paid on time.

Documentation

Documents, including tickets and vouchers, are mailed First Class 30 days before departure once fully paid. For bookings made less than 45 days in advance, optional Federal Express delivery is available for a charge of $25.00. ALL INCLUSIVE VACATIONS STORE is not responsible for late deliveries of mail. Always check your documents for accuracy upon receipt

Revision and Changes

Once payment has been received, ALL INCLUSIVE VACATIONS STORE charges a revision fee of $40 per booking in addition to any other supplier fees each time changes are made to a reservation to cover administrative costs.

Supplier Fees: Revision or change fees vary based on the class of service booked, if ticketing has been completed or if the change occurs within the hotel’s cancellation period. Revision or change fees are charged when any name, hotel, date or room category has been changed after deposit has been received.

Fees to change airline tickets vary from carrier to carrier and can change at any time.. No travel agency (including ALL INCLUSIVE VACATIONS STORE) has the authority to waive airline-imposed charges. Exceptions include holiday travel and any special promotions. Fees could be as high as $150 or more per person plus any increase in fare or hotel promotion. Fee amounts are subject to change. After ticketing: several fees may be incurred: $25.00 per booking plus, $40.00 per booking to reissue hotel vouchers, $25.00 per booking to cover express delivery service (if within 14 days). If airline tickets are involved, fees of up to $150/ticket plus any increase in fare may apply to exchange tickets. Fee amounts are subject to change.

Please be advised when booking a vacation package that include the purchase of airline tickets either on our website and/or over the phone with agent that you or your appointed designee are required to provide us with the legal name, date of birth and gender information for each passenger including children as it appears on the government-issued Passport.

This information is required by the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)/Transportation Safety Administration (TSA),Security Administration in order to comply with its Secure Flight program.

Failure to provide us with accurate information will result in tickets subject to be either having flight itinerary rebooked or cancel reservation entirely in order to comply with government regulations. You or your appointed designee will be held responsible for any airfare increases and change fees necessary in order to correct any errors in spelling or omissions. Cancellation Charges

To minimize penalties, please advise us immediately should you wish to cancel a confirmed reservation.

As soon as a deposit has been received, the following cancellation penalties apply

ALL INCLUSIVE VACATIONS STORE will apply a minimum of $ 200.00 per person penalty for canceling prior to departure. Penalties will increase as the departure departure nears.

45 – 31 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: Minimum of $ 450.00 pp up to the full amount paid + applicable supplier penalties

30 – 0 100 % Penalty (Non Refundable)

Additional Charges:

Depending on the tariff, from $100.00 to the full amount of the airfare may be forfeited. Hotel penalties often apply, and the amount varies by hotel. Cancellation penalties may vary depending on travel dates and hotel, due to certain hotel cancellation policies and airfare tariffs. Penalties up to the full amount paid may apply over holidays, peak periods and promotional sales. Airfare is normally non-refundable unless covered by trip cancellation insurance.

If final payment is not made 45 days prior to departure, a $ 10.00 per person late few will be applied.

CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

There are many things to consider when planning a vacation – where to go, what to pack, and what to do once you get there. No matter how well you plan, though, there are some things that are out of your control. That’s why we highly recommend the purchase of travel insurance at additional cost and can come in very handy by compensating you for unforeseen emergencies while traveling.

There are several types of travel insurance to choose from, our sales advisor will be more than happy to assist you in selecting the right plan that meet you specific needs.

Trip cancellation and interruption insurance must be purchased by first deposit. Names of passenger purchasing insurance must be presented at time of purchase.

General Travel Information

WE STRONGLY SUGGEST THAT ALL PASSENGERS REPORT TO THE AIRPORT TWO HOURS PRIOR TO INTERNATIONAL DEPARTURE TIMES AS LISTED ON YOUR FLIGHT ITINERARY.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS: Proof of Citizenship

Beginning January 23, 2007, ALL persons, including U.S. citizens, traveling by air between the United States and Canada, Mexico, Central and South America, the Caribbean and Bermuda will be required to present a valid passport to enter (or re-enter) the United States. U.S. lawful permanent residents will continue to be able to use their Alien Registration Card (Form I-551) issued by the Department of Homeland Security or other valid evidence of permanent residence status to apply for entry to the United States.

Non- US Citizens must check with the appropriate Consulate or Tourist Board regarding entry requirements. A driver license is not acceptable as proof of citizenship. Government regulation requires that air carrier obtain the full name from all US citizen on all flights arriving and departing the United States. We must also provide each passenger the opportunity to designate a contact name and phone number of a person not traveling on the flight. To enhance customer service and reduce airport check-in time, we request this information when names are provided.

Travel to Costa Rica requires a passport that is valid for 6 months after scheduled travel dates.

It is the responsibility of all traveling parties to verify that all requirements are met for admission into the destination country. Please visit travel.state.gov for specific information and requirements for your destination.

Terms and Conditions

RESPONSIBILITY – This agency is acting as intermediary and agent for suppliers (identified on trip confirmation) in selling services, or in accepting reservations or bookings for services which are not directly supplied by this travel agency (such as air carriage, hotel accommodations, ground transportation, meals, tours, cruises, etc.). This agency, therefore, shall not be responsible for any personal injuries, death, property damage, accident, disruption of travel, change of itinerary, irregularity, loss or delay, to you or your travel companions or group members, resulting from : (1) breach of contract or any intentional or careless actions or omissions on part of such suppliers; (2) any defect in any means of transportation; (3) terrorist activities, political or social unrest, labor problems, mechanical or construction difftculties, monetary crises, diseases, local laws, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments; or (4) any other actions, omissions or conditions outside the travel agent’s control. By embarking upon his/her travel the traveler voluntarily assumes all risks involved with such travel, whether expected or unexpected. Traveler is hereby warned of such risks, and advised to obtain appropriate insurance coverage against them, including but not limited to travel medical insurance, lost & damaged baggage insurance, and/or trip cancellation insurance. Your retention of tickets, reservations or bookings after issuance shall constitute a consent to the above, and an agreement on your part to convey the contents hereto to your travel companions or group members.
